Normal sudoku rules apply. Blue lines in the grid are Region Sum Lines. For each blue line, digits on the line have an equal sum N within each 3x3 box the line passes through. Multiple entries to a 3x3 box sum separately. eg r3c3 = r2c4+r3c4 = r4c4+r5c4
