The GOOD BEE in Zelda: A Link to the Past - Retrogaming Easter Eggs #shorts
5,067In The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for SNES, you can catch bees using the Bug Catching Net and store them in Magic Bottles for... later use, I guess. But there is one bee that is gooder than the rest, and that bee is the Good Bee.
What makes the Good Bee good? Not to imply that the other bees are NOT good, but THIS bee will attack all the enemies in your vicinity before returning to you like a VERY GOOD BOY.
To find the Good Bee, head to the southeastern corner of the map next to Lake Hylia. Near this area you will find two caves. One cave is sealed, but can be opened with a bomb, and inside you will find the Ice Rod. The other cave is accessible from the start, although you'll need to use a bomb once you're inside it. Head inside this cave and use a bomb against the far wall to reveal another room. This room has some faeries inside, as well as a mysterious statue. Ram into this statue using the Pegasus Shoes, and the Good Bee will appear! It's a secret to everybody!
Catch the Good Bee and place him in a bottle. In combat, release the Good Bee by equipping the Bottle (the one with the Good Bee inside it, obviously) and tapping the Y button. The Good Bee will thrash your enemies and return to you so you can catch him again. He's so good.
