The Gravity Jump exploit in Super Metroid (SNES Classic)
981During my Super Metroid live stream, I showed off how to perform the Gravity Jump glitch. It's a real simple trick that allows Samus to get some crazy height from an underwater jump.
From a standing position under water, pause the game, and just before the screen fades to your map, press and hold the jump button. Keep it held as you switch to your equipment screen and unequip the Gravity Suit. While still holding JUMP, unpause the game.
When you unpause, Samus will jump WAY higher than just a normal underwater jump.
