Couldn't resist coming back to Zelda 2. I love the game so much, and it's such a weird and challenging experience.
Originally I only wanted to do the great temple theme since I've always loved it, but then I thought adding the shadow Link battle theme would be a cool ending. After I added that, I realised the game basically goes straight into the ending from here so why not chuck that in too? Accidental medley.
I was just jamming out over the ending theme and accidentally started playing Zelda's Lullaby from OoT, and it kind of just fit really well so I ended up writing it in.
Also, special thanks to Tremendouz for coming in at the 11th hour with his wonderful VSTs. There was a section I was struggling with playing cleanly and sounding good, but we realised it could sound nice as a harp instead.
