19Concordia is a near perfect euro game for 2-5 players that involves taking on the role of a trade merchant in the ancient roman empire some 2000 years ago, and working to spread your trade routes across the lands, building storehouses as you go, and collecting goods and income, which will eventually earn you the favor of the gods in the form of end game victory points. The game is fast paced, friendly in it's mechanics, and comes in a box big enough to choke one of Hannibal's elephants. The double sided board is huge, most of the bits are wooden, and the commerce management is fierce. What else could you ask for in a Euro.
