My take on an extended loot room 2x2 bunker base - Perfect for a duo, a trio or a small group looking to pack the most amount of loot into a fully secure base that doesn't give itself away to enemies with shooting floors or compounds - hopefully meaning you can survive those offline raids.

It's discrete, low profile but heavily upgraded core should house enough storage to last you all wipe but can be expanded upwards as the wipe progresses.

I've spent most of my trio wipes living in the hide-out 2x2 and hope you too can benefit from it's secretive nature that i'm certain has lead to me not being raided while offline anywhere near as much...

In Rust having more players in the team, often often leads to loot building up quickly and having a secure base with ample storage is important to accommodate that rapid growth

However not all groups are looking for the attention that building a large base at the start of the wipe can bring.

They may not be able to commit to the long hours needed to defend their compound fortress against the inevitable online raids - but still want to come back on the next day and find their base filled with their hard earned loot

For the duos, the trios and the groups that are looking to play a bit more subtly or those that are simply fed up with finding their base has been offline raided. I bring you the hide out 2 by 2

This extended height 2x2 base combines a low-profile design where every upgrade is considered with offline raid attempts in mind

With huge storage capacity in it’s core - the hide-out should allow even the most productive teams to fill their boxes without needing an endless stream of lootroom extensions

Keep your head down and your wipe moving forward without advertising how rich you are and watch your neighbours get targetted instead with the hide-out 2x2
