Welcome everybody! To Let's The Hive! Mission 2 – Today we are going to visit Tomb of King Ara’desh! He was once a great king in the World of #TheHive he conquered all of the living cultures of this world! But in the end he was betrayed because of jealousy of his own followers.
They borrowed him alive in this Tomb along with a crystal of great power!
We need to recover this crystal for the Glory of the Hive! Once again we face of the Ara’desh people. They still do not have a base of operations so we are free to expand as we wish! The starting location is nice, Lots of minerals and food to build and recruit additional troops. The Tomb of King Ara’Desh takes half of mission 2 and its blocked by rocks. So first we clear up the other half of the map dealing with the little camps of the Tomb Guard. AS we are on it I discover they is a natural enemy, a very strong natural enemy that in the end dropped a powerful items for our troops. I think it would be the best to give all the best tanking items to the queen and use ger as a buffer between regular forces and the enemy of The Hive. Killing this oversize turtle was easier then I thought. Kiting him around and killing him with Three hunter squads. All those ears of playing as zerg in Starcraft finally can be use for something else! After securing my section of the map I went inside the tomb. Inside a lot of guardians and also a damage statue that needs his eye and husk back. The hive is taking a lot of different games and mixing it in to itself! Which is awesome! The Hive just can’t get bored!
The Eye is in fact a crystal from the treasury of the Toombs. But before we will be able to go inside we need to solve a simple puzzle. Puzzles like this remind me a lot of Black and White game. Where also as a Player You had to interact with in game items – in order to progress in missions. The puzzle was quite easy – takeing the sings from the wall in the trap room and reversing the order on which You have to walk over. After takeing care of the trap and ridding the treasury we need a husk. The husk is located somewhere near our base in the sands! Send in workers to find and dig it out. The Tomb door stand open and as we try to collect the crystal. King Ara’desh himself rise from the grave to assault us! He is once again a boss type enemy of The Hive. He is a enemy with a weak attack, lots of hit points but also a special ability. From time to time he will swing his mighty sword in order to make massive damage! The best option here is to avoid it and the best type of soldiers from the Hive You can use to deal with im are the melee one. Send the hunters back to base and dance around the King himself with a queen and a squad of legionaries. You can also try to pull him back to the base and receive a backup from towers that always works! After killing King Ara’desh the Hive received the crystal now we need to activate its powers! And Mission two of the Hive turns in to a defence mission as we stood our ground for 5 min in order to defend the ritual!
Mission two of the Hive is a bit more difficult and the end boss requires more tactic the the frist one. But also the puzzle was a interesting adnotation to the game!
