The House of the Dead is a On Rail Shooter, which means, that you only control the aim, but not the movement of the character. This often leads to situations, where the Zombies are right in your face and you need to react quick to not get damaged. Since i played this game the first time myself, it was really just reaction. The Campaign is fairly short and is shown in this Video, but there are hints of alternate paths and hidden goodies. Goal of such game isn't just playing through it, the goal is to survive and amass as many points as you can, to get a decent highscore.
Which means to play through the game multiple times and turn the reaction into knowledge. I thought i release this Video on Friday 13th on the spooky month, to not only have horror shown, but also some good ol zombie splatter.
