A plague has fallen upon a town and when a mysterious doctor arrives in town proclaiming to be able to have a cure if the town can gather a rare ingredient. So the townsfolk go spelunking in the cave systems and despite going missing one after another, they continue going into the depths. Soon after the doctor disappears and the surrounding towns begin to catch the plague and the name for the disease emerges; The Itch. Now it's your turn to go into the depths, and navigate your way by clearing obstacles and discovering more about the origins of the virus that is taking more and more lives.
