HOLY SHIT I ACTUALLY DID IT
If there's a fighting game character that enrages as much as Ryuji Yamazaki (besides Laurence Blood), it's Rugal from the The King of Fighters series. This guy has pummeled me so many times in The King of Fighters '98 that I've only beat him playing on the easiest difficulty. But all of that changed when I recorded some KOF '98 footage on the evening of November 1st, 2021. Granted, I did use one difficulty decrease plus two other continue bonuses, but I finally was able to actually figure out an effective strategy for defeating that monster, and the victory felt all the more satisfying. ^w^
