The King of Fighters XIV Steam Edition (real)

For whatever reason this sometimes just happens when I tried KOFXIV on my PC, and even when it didn't, playing locally with another player had models *somehow lag and not match with the gameplay* (for example if I spent the entire match jumping as Terry, the game would always run that internally but *you could see Terry freeze midair or on the ground sometimes*).
AMD Radeon HD 6570 1GB is my GPU, I know its probably old, but game seems to run well enough in some stages if it wasn't for this stupid glitch that I only saw two sites mention it and both end with a "bro just update your graphic card drivers that fixed it for me" which is useless cause I can't update any further my drivers :)
so yeah, got the game on steam because of a giveaway long ago and now that I try it I get these issues, nice port
