VVVVVV Speedrunning - The Last Question TAS in 56s474ms (Quick Release version)


This is TAS #9.

I complete the VVVVVV custom level The Last Question by Allie, on the version she submitted for the VVVVVV Discord server Halloween contest 2020, and got first place with, in 56 seconds and 474 milliseconds. There is 1 trinket in this level, but I do not know of any way to avoid it; thus it makes no difference if I do an Any% run or a 100% run, so I have not specified it in the title.

This TAS is done in 1661 frames and has 247 re-records. Additionally, I TASed this in one sitting in a little over 2 hours. In this video, I am on commit 434a672ac492f1798f8a53cd26c5013d156671d7 of VVVVVV 2.3. Glitchrunner mode is used.

This is a quick release version, meaning I have decided to get the video out as quickly as possible, while sacrificing things like the standard side borders and video thumbnails that I usually do, along with having no input display (so it might be a bit unclear when exactly the last input is). Since the VVVVVV Discord server Halloween contest 2020 results got released two days ago, I decided to do this video as quickly as possible.
