25Mystic Seal reduces ATK and M.ATK to 0 making you do 0 damage but a little damage with Combat and Mystic Arts, making battles last very long and great chance of using skills over and over for learning new ones faster, and while it takes so long to finish the battles it also make the Battle Rank increase slower I'm battle Rank 18 after 10 Dragons!!!!!! Stats also increase greatly, very effective formation for training
Look up the last remnant wiki for getting the formation, you get it later in the game but i have it early because of New Game Plus
