Found this one by accident while replaying this game.

The final boss fight against Malefor is split into three phases. In the third phase, you normally have to attack his shield to fill the Fury Bar (the purple bar at the top center of the screen), then activate Fury mode and use the Fury Breath to deal damage to him.

However, if you equip all three bronze armor pieces, then you can just use the elemental Fury Breath to attack him (you have to press the same direction on the d-pad twice to equip it). It doesn't matter which dragon you use; both Spyro and Cynder can do this.

The downside is that this drains your Mana (the green bar) very quickly, so you have to conserve some Mana before reaching this phase.

The damage the Fury Breath deals increases as you earn a certain amount of Fury Gems (which in turn are earned by upgrading Spyro and Cynder's elements), so this strat may only be viable in a 100% run, although I can't definitively confirm that.

This video was recorded on the RPCS3 emulator, although I'm assuming this works on real hardware as well.
