I hate this game. I suck at it.
Anyways, in this mini-game you need to fire the bombchu's at the targets within a time limit. You're not allowed to get off the platform. All I can say here is that you can try to time it right or you can also just spam your bombchu's.
Town Shooting Gallery:
In this mini-game you need to shoot all red (looks more like purple) Octoroks. Get the high-score and you'll get the large quiver as reward. Get a perfect score and you'll get a heart piece. To get a perfect score you just need to practice, practice, practice. Personally I think it isn't that hard to get a perfect score (even though I did make many tiny mistakes, but I didn't play this mini-game for more than two years so what do you expect?), but it all depends on your skills with the bow.
