Fighting two giant dodongo's in a very small room. It's harder than it looks. Well, not really that hard, but they can be very annoying. If you defeat both dodongo's you'll get a piece of heart. Be sure to take the rupees when the dodongo's die.

If you fight the peahat then be sure to use your shield.

You'll get a piece of heart if you do the post man mini-game and stop at exactly 10,00 seconds. Normally the timer would disappear unless you wear the bunny hood. If that still doesn't help, try using a watch.
