6Episode 49: Another frog turned into a monster! Obtaining the boss key!
mini-boss: Gecko and Mad Jelly
strategy:
At the beginning of the battle try to hit Gecko with a jump attack, you can also just slash him without using the jump attack, but that deals less damage. After hitting him, Gecko will go inside Mad Jelly and stick onto the ceiling. Shoot a ice arrow at him as fast as you can, cause Gecko will try to jump with Mad Jelly on you. If he succeeds you'll get stuck into Mad Jelly and Gecko will do several attacks to give you damage (which actually looks awesome). If you do succeed with hitting him with an ice arrow, Mad Jelly will freeze and fall on the grounds smash into pieces. Gecko will now be vulnerable to your attacks. Try to hit him once again with the jump attack. Gecko will be or defeated or will go inside Mad Jelly again, depending on which sword you have and what attack you used. With the Gilded Sword, Gecko will be defeated after two jump attacks.
