Here, I look for the 10 Big Poes that are hiding in Hyrule Field. To find them, you have to be on Epona, and you have to go to the locations I go to in the video. Some are easy to get, while some maybe cause a lot of trouble, such as Big Poe #2 and Big Poe #5. Use the timestamps for easy navigation to each Big Poe.

Big Poe #1 (0:07): This Big Poe lies right next to the signpost near the Hyrule Castle bridge. It should be very easy to obtain.

Big Poe #2 (1:24): You need to go the cliff that overlooks the entrance to Kakariko Village to find this one. Problem is, you have to make it appear as you trot along the right side of the cliff toward the left. If you go to any other side, the Big Poe will go into the wall, leaving you no chance to get it. Once you defeat it, be sure to get the soul quickly, or it will disappear.

Big Poe #3 (3:47): This Big Poe hides near the stone wall to the east of Lon Lon Ranch. Ride north along the wall's eastern edge like I did, and you'll be able to easily get it.

Big Poe #4 (6:54): This Big Poe resides near the Y-shaped crossroad as seen as the map. Go toward the opening in the gate from the Kokiri Forest entrance like I did, and you should be able to easily take it down.

Big Poe #5 (8:40): This Big Poe is in the bottom tip of the Y-shaped crossroad, near the green tree. I eventually find it by riding south. It might be easier to find it by passing by the south side of the tree, riding from east to west.

Big Poe #6 (11:42): I decide to give up looking for the Big Poe I was looking for and go to another one. This Big Poe hides near the single tree that lies to the west of Lon Lon Ranch. It's pretty straightforward to get, just go to it from the southeast like I did.
