2*Boss: Head Thwomp
Situated in the middle of the room floating, the Head Thwomp suffers from multiple personality disorder...I think. Four faces, one happy, one mad, one disappointed, and one shocked. Each personality unleashes a new attack: happy unleashes spinning fireballs; angry shoots fireballs from the top of its head and an occasional Bomb to pick up, disappointed slams to the ground, unleashing a barrage of rocks from the ceiling; shocked takes damage and poops a heart. So the obvious target is the shocked face. Throw bombs at the top of the head and try to land on red. Four bombs to the correct noggin are all that's needed. Bear in mind that Head Thwomp acts like it's angry face if you're not fast enough with throwing the bomb. In addition, as it takes damage, it will cycle its faces faster.
Success brings you the second essence and a call to a faraway island.
