The Legends of Owlia - Tundra dungeon ice blocks solution
This particular puzzle was a bit tricky to get right. I thought it could use a visual guide. The solution is to blow up the two ice blocks with as close a timing as you can manage.
The tricky part is that if you throw your owl at a wall, or other obstacle, and then run away from it, it will carry the bomb and drop it at your feet with slightly delayed timing. Doing this allows you to throw a second bomb to the other ice block quickly once the first bomb drops, and have them explode with timing near enough to each other.
If after a few tries you run low on bombs, just blow up the eels in the next room; they give you back 3 bombs each.
