13Oof! Too much time working on just the level editor, making it work well and look nice!
* Nicer user interface - can collapse it!
* Can change the level properties - background image, wave style, music, and scroll speed.
* Can set each item's behavior individually, and scale each item individually.
* Easily test the level through a button in the editor, and return to the editor once done.
* Info bar gives you information on what you're doing in the level editor.
Translation support is also implemented, but not shown off here!
