The logistics of turf wars - Autonauts Gameplay episode 14
Today me and the crew return to Autonauts, a colony building game where you can handle every minor and repetitive task by yourself, or you can build an army of programmable robots to do all of those things for you. In this episode, Still not knowing what I'm doing wrong with my new construction device I focus on several other aspects of the colony that need fixing. Since logs aren't getting to where they need to go fast enough, I build more robots to help. Since the weed farm, don't read too much into that, can't sustain itself and continually supply the kitchens with ingredients I have the robots start the herculean task of building more farmland, and I fix a major supply issue with the berries and mushrooms by having the berry harvesters stop when the storage box is full, and have the mushroom collectors pick up more that one mushroom at a time. Also, I figure out what I'm doing wrong with the new machine, and set up the last critical step for clay construction, now all I need is more robots and I can start building a lasting society. Enjoy.
