New toys, same problems - Volcanoids Early Access Gameplay episode 12
Today me and the crew return to Volcanoids, a game where you explore a volcanic island and fight the ever present threat that is an innumerable robotic army, all within the shadow of an active volcano that erupts like clock work and can quite easily cleanse the land of both man and machine, and the only solace anyone has is a semi-mobile customizable base/factory known as a drillship. In this episode, with the release of the new customization update by the developers, I spend much of the episode retrofitting the Auger, which is what I call my drillship, to make use of all of the shiny new things that were added with the update, as well as several other parts that I had made at the end of last episode. With everything ready to go I attempt to assault the most advanced drillship on the island so that I can salvage its parts for the Auger. As one could expect, it did not go well. I guess having the moral high ground isn't as good as having the actual high ground. Enjoy.

Thoughtful Question: How often do you have the problem of trying to do something in a new and different way only to get the same result?
