Epic has released Unreal Engine 5.0 and the Matrix City Assets from the the recent Xbox One/PS4/5 demo have been made available for download to use within the Unreal Editor - allowing you to have a look at the city within the Unreal 5.0 engine. You can roam the city, fly around, drive cars.
The city is populated with NPCs that look and act quite realistically. Of course just like in the Matrix you encounter variants of the same people again and again in the various city-streets. And the assets are of course used again and again throughout the city. But it's diverse enough to fool you into experiencing a quiet day in a Western Slightly Dystopian Metropolis.
Of course running this - unoptimized - from the Level Editor does take a toll on resources and my system can barely keep up. Just loaded the level and started it up without bothering with the many settings that much.
If you have an Epic account you can download this yourself, but be aware that the Unreal 5.0 engine /editor is huge and the city sample as well.
