In today's episode of Stardew Valley, I started off by retrieving my items from the Skull Cavern chest. After that, I started incubating a purple slime egg in the slime hutch. I also gave a Dwarf Scroll III to the lava eels, and gifted Sandy an Iridium star cactus fruit to increase her friendship rating.

I accepted Robin’s Resource Rush quest, requiring me to gather 1000 stones, which would help me create staircases for future ventures into the Skull Cavern. The real challenge began when I visited Mr. Qi and accepted his Danger in the Deep quest, which reset the mines and required me to reach level 100 by the end of the week.

I returned home and noticed Roots Platter had a pretty good buff for +3 attack, which would help me in the upcoming battles in the mines. When I entered the mines, I was greeted by funny-looking slimes wearing sunglasses. I even discovered radioactive ore, which is used for late-game crafting recipes. And I completed one of the quests at the Adventurer’s Guild by killing enough rock crabs. Sadly, I couldn't spend much time in the mines and only made it to level 10 before it was time to go to bed.

The next morning, a male slime hatched in the slime hutch, which meant we could breed it with our existing female slimes. After that, I crafted more fairy dust for the gold star starfruit wine in the cellar casks, and put more starfruit wine in the now-empty casks. I even gathered all the finished ancient fruit wine from the kegs and started processing some more starfruit wine in their place.

I also visited the Adventurer’s Guild to check up on our reward for killing rock crabs and received a Crabshell Ring that gives me +5 defense. Then, I ventured back into the mines, exploding tons of bombs and mega bombs, and eventually made it to level 30 before it was time to go to bed again. I only had five days left to reach level 100, but I was determined to complete Mr. Qi's quest.

Finally, I realized it was day 24 of Winter, which means Feast of the Winter Star is coming up next episode, so make sure to tune in and find out what gift I get this year! 👀
