The NCR Mod: Developer Chat (Fallout NV Modder)
27Time to talk about how the NCR mod for Fallout New Vegas works, where to go and what to do when you have it installed. There are so many features of this mod that only unlock if you have the right skills that you probably have not seen all of this mods features even if you played it frequently.
The main things you need to get the chance to unlock everything are.
Gun Skill of 75
Perception of 6
Medicine skill of 40
Survival Skill of 25
And just do the missions to get your rank up to at least STAFF SERGEANT Rank to start unlocking the hidden features of the mod.
Of course it helps to know exactly how all this works, so watch the video :)
