The NEWEST Virtual Reality KART RACER...But Is It Worth It? - PSVR2 Gameplay
15Galaxy Karts is the latest Kart Racer to make it's way to VR and the only one available on the PSVR2. Take to the tracks and face off against other racers in campaign mode or challenge other players in multiplayer and aim for the gold trophy only first place can offer.

★ Now while I think this game does a lot right, I feel it also does a lot wrong. Let's start with the right; The visuals look fantastic. there are plenty of animations going on as you drive through the tracks with high quality visuals throughout. The physics and mechanics feel good from moving a steering wheel with your virtual hands to throwing weapons at other racers. The music and sound effects sound good and all fit very well with the game (Mario Kart Music is music added into the video). Now for some of the bad; this game feels like early access. there are only 4 tracks with 9 players and 9 karts. while the 9 & 9 feel like a decent number, 4 tracks feels incredibly limited and early access. Most Kart racers have several if not many more tracks when they release. On that note each track is locked behind completing hard on the previous track, making the limited tracks you have locked at the start and will take awhile to obtain. Locking difficulty levels behind previous difficulty levels would make much more sense. Now one of my biggest gripes is there is NO drifting. I can't think of a single kart racing game that doesn't use drift and this feels like something the devs ABSOLUTELY MUST add to their game. Any other issues I have with the game are minor and far from game breaking such as duplicate racers on a track or no type of speedometer. All in all this can be a great game but it will need quite a few things added in to get there and I hope the devs are willing to bring this game there to make it a great game!
