1. Easy: ~24s
2. Easy while spamming Thruster (RT): ~21s
3. Quick Blink: ~11s

I tried to as fast as possible run to last "white figure" and compare the different speeds.

As you can see for some reason while pressing Thruster (RT) while running will make Hal sort of lean forward more and speed up a tiny bit. This only works on Easy & Normal where you start very slow and later on gain normal run speed.

Also on Quick Blink you run at full speed, maybe even faster, right at the start which is way faster.
