This is a bit of an update from News Wave this morning as during the day news broke that the original investigation into a lawsuit has now become a fully filed and official lawsuit against Nintendo and the JoyCon drifting issue that has been annoying Switch owners for the last few years. At this point Nintendo will have to do something and respond in some way, but will this actually work and get the JoyCon issues resolved?
