The Outsider Who Loved Gensokyo: Touhou RPG Project - Part 90 (SDM Tower Basement & Medicine)
28The conclusion to the introduction events to Medicine Melancholy concludes in part 90 while she also becomes recruitable afterwards. The Scarlet Devil Mansions tower basement also gets it's first area among a series of other areas. A few more tweaks have been done in this part such as increasing the EXP some enemies have, some of their HP is now different and most importantly Boss!Mokou is now truly fixed after the previous attempt to make her more balanced actually made her completely overpowered instead (She actually stacked TWO different versions of Immortal Flame rather than use the intended version).
The enemies inside the SDM tower basement are stronger than those found in the tower itself while the boss has stats similar to Boss!Satori. Entering the SDM tower alone (Solo version is shown in video) adds Patchouli, Reimu and Sakuya (All level 45) as temporary party members who are removed when leaving the dungeon. The event with Medicine shown earlier also changes depending on whether Yuuka is in the party and if the character has 5 or more relationship points with her.
Note: During a dialogue bit with Yuuka, she says "There's no reason we should use our abilities..." or such which completely changes the meaning of the scene. The right sense of the sequence was "There's no reason we shouldn't use our abilities...". Furthermore, some of the mistakes shown in the video (characters facing wrong direction and many typos) have been taken care of after the recording.

The current version contains everything shown in the previous parts and this one. The 4th save file should allow players to start with the protagonist at level 65, 500000 Yen and the Fake Kusanagi. The 3rd file also contains a save file I'm using for streams. At some point it'll be clear as it should be.
