The Outsider Who Loved Gensokyo: Touhou RPG Project - Part 39.5 (Skills, Warp & Events)
30All characters have their skills up to around level 30 at the moment. While they will get more as the game progress, there will be greater level gaps for each skills after that level range. At this point, I am resuming work on the main story once again. I was thinking of working on older interior maps but I'll be taking care of that as I progress further into the project.
A few new events were also added including a sequence where Yukari shows up again early in the game to grant access to warp points in the game. Nearly every major areas have one now and completing certain events will unlock them.
Aside of that, Minamitsu can be once again recruited but to do so, it is necessary to speak to Byakuren in the temple. She'll show up in Youkai Mountain #1 afterwards and bringing Byakuren is not necessary. Remilia has a new scene that will lead to another sidequest, it's possible to speak with Yukari after meeting Minamitsu in the mountain and going to Eientei and lastly, Mystia is recruited at a different location and she has a new event too.
A few fixes were added such as the fight with Mokou and Mystia that still had some events that had to be taken care of.

The Outsider Who Loved Gensokyo is a RPG and visual novel project that I've been working on, using RPG Maker XP. This is a rather simple game that puts an emphasis on the story. The project is meant to have a RPG and visual novel style in different style of plots.
I started the project by focusing on the RPG aspect first, following the adventures of the protagonist and his interaction with the Touhou cast and I've been trying to remain as loyal as possible to the canon. This plot allows to explore Gensokyo and eventually go in Makai to meet Shinki, the heroine of the plot (although there's a lot of alt. endings planned including a playable bad ending). This mode is planned to have a wide cast of playable characters. Currently there's 9 recruitable characters already (Reimu, Marisa, Ran, Chen, Marisa, Alice, Meiling, Byakuren and Murasa) and probably more than twice that planned for the future.
