Pizza crust recipes:
Used in video (regular, boring ((no offense chef))) - https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobby-flay/pizza-dough-recipe-1921714
Sourdough (flavorful, yass) -

Pizza toppings:
- 1lb or less lean ground beef
- 4 oz medium or sharp cheddar
- 2 strips of thiuck bacon, broken into bits
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 diced roma tomato
- 1 to 2 diced pickle spears
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

Super secret not really secret sauce:
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp whataburger spicy ketchup (or any jalapeno ketchup)
- 1 tsp grey poupon
- pickle juice to taste
- 1 tbsp minced onion (or 1 tsp onion powder)
- 1 tbsp minced pickles (or extra pickle juice)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt & pepper to taste (though it likely won't need more salt)

Directions:
Prepare the pizza crust according to directions. While dough is rising, or approximately 1 hour before cooking the pizza, preheat your oven to 500F (260C) with your cooking medium in the oven. Pizza stone or steel works best, be advised sheet pans may ruin at this temp. Dice and mince the onion and pickles. Mix the sauce and set aside so the flavors meld. Cook ground beef and diced onion together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pre-grate your cheese and dice the tomato. Once the pizza dough is ready to be shaped and assembled, place parchment paper on a pizza peel or cutting board for transfer, sprinkle with desired flour or meal. Shape the dough and place on parchment paper. Prick with a fork unless you don't give a f about bubbles. Add diced tomato, ground beef mixture, and sharp cheddar to the dough. Lower temp to 450F (230C), transfer pizza onto stone or steel, and bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden brown. While pizza is cooking, make bacon bits. Once pizza is finished, remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes on a wire rack. Top pizza with remaining toppings (pickles, bacon, lettuce) and finish with sauce. Be mindful that the lettuce gets soggy and the sauce breaks when heated, so unless you plan to finish the whole thing, add those toppings as you go.
