The RadioLink T12D. It's got a nice printed manual, but what else?
57I've never had an issue using OpenTX or EdgeTX, it made perfect sense to me... but I worked in software engineering for a loooong time, so that's perhaps why. If you don't get on with EdgeTX is something like the RadioLink T12D something for you?
