Disclaimer: don't get the wrong impression because of this video - this is overall a pretty solid game that doesn't seem to suffer from any noticeable issues once patched.

---

I played through The Raven on stream near the start of the year. Like I usually do, I played the game unpatched for maximum glitch potential and weirdness, and... well, let's just say that the 5 gigs patch that can be downloaded for this game isn't there for nothing. Here is a video of the "best" bugs that happened during the stream, for the sake of amusement as well as glitch documentation.

Some spoilers for the game's Act I in the later half of the video.

---

0:00 - one recurring thing were these somewhat sudden, paranormal looking cutscene animations. Like in this clip, the doctor turns around and hands out items super quick.

0:31 - a lighting / fog problem during the train finale. The other areas of the train were completely clear of this fog.

1:00 - for some reason the pre-rendered cutscenes tended to play at a wrong rate, causing a massive audio desync.

3:02 - another weird looking cutscene animation, this time it's Inspector Legrand.

3:26 - when quitting the ship mini-game, the intro text of the mini-game stays on the screen indefinitely.

4:13 - as a side note, examining the door to the cargo area yields two messages with a very different tone, the second of which has no subtitle. Seems a bit glitchy.

4:27 - a funny bug when Zellner is strapped in a wheelchair and has to escape. I failed the sequence once. After the game continued, I picked the option "escape" almost right away. This made Zellner do something rather comical to break loose.
