Jagex Games Studios relaunched the popular fantasy massively multiplayer online role-playing game today, which is free to play. The browser-based MMORPG has come a long way since its debut in 2001, gaining over 220 million accounts in those 12 years, with players clocking over 1 million hours of playtime.
The Sims 3 is going 'Into the Future' with its next expansion
Technically, the future of The Sims franchise is The Sims 4, but along the way we'll be making a pit stop into the world of tomorrow with the upcoming expansion for The Sims 3, titled Into the Future. Just announced today, the new expansion -- due out this fall -- will transport your Sims hundreds of years into the future, where you can "explore the world of tomorrow, meet their descendants, and master the technology of the future.
