This fight is the same as most humanoid fight thus far. Exploit the enemies aggressive ki usage to your advantage and take advantage of grapples and finishers. He has somewhat long reach but not a very wide radius of attack from what I saw. Easy fight all in all. Just don't try to go head to head with the guy, exploit his rapid poke move to get behind him for extra damage.
