The Rock is getting ready for his next big movie – Black Adam – and has started sharing bits of his gym routine and diet as he prepares for the role. We all like stuff like this! Mostly as we believe if we copy it verbatim we will the turn into The Rock. Quick note: Unless you are already Dwayne Johnson, this is not going to happen.

It's still fun to start piecing it all together, though, and so far we know he's doing 'tri and giant sets' where he takes a muscle group and combines exercises back to back before resting and doing it. So, for example, on chest day, he's doing flies, incline press, flat press and dips and considers that one set. He does four of these and then moves on to something else. Given how he's trained before, I thought this was quite interesting, so let's talk about it!
