7 DUMB THINGS YOU DO IN THE GYM! (that you gotta stop!)
7 dumb things you're doing in the gym RIGHT NOW and have to stop. Or not. Who am I to tell you what to do? I would like you to be safe and smart, though, so this is my love letter to you. Feel free to take it or leave it.
But whether it's risking one more set even though you have hundreds of lbs on your back, taking every supplement because BODYBUILDING, using the treadmill as some sort of weight device or using tape to attach dumbbells to barbells - which is nuts - you do need need to be clever when you're throwing heavy things over your head because bad things can happen. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO OUT THINK THE GYM! What does that even mean?
Anyhoo - I've seen all of these in the gym. Please stop them. Thanks.
