6 great gym exercises that will make you look stupid! Although, really, any gym exercise kind of makes you look stupid. Think of the bicep curl. To the uniformed, you just seem like you're trying to punch yourself in the head. This isn't helping anyone...

Still, there are other gym exercises that are excellent for an overall body workout but do make you look ridiculous. The suicide push-up is the strangest variation you'll ever see, hyperextensions for your back make you look like you can't get something off the floor, the Turkish get up is the equivalent of torture, Zercher squats are just weird, hip thrusts look... well... dodgy and when you do a bear crawl, you are literally pretending to be a bear. What a world...
