The School of Dreamers is a program created by World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) Economic Inclusion Project that strengthens Venezuelan migrant and and local Peruvian entrepreneurs to help them design or improve their marketing and customer loyalty strategies, create a value proposition and make their businesses competitive in the Peruvian market.

This WOCCU webinar examined how more than 1,200 entrepreneurs have been trained and 788 have defined their business plans in the first 10 months of the program. The School of Dreamers is the first step on what WOCCU calls the “Economic Inclusion Route.” The program also allows participants to applying for seed capital and receive training on financial education. To date, more than 200 people have received seed capital to bolster their businesses.
