The Separatist Who Tried to FORCE Anakin Into a TECHNO UNION Suit [Vader Foreshadowing] - Star Wars
4,602In the early days of the Clone Wars, the Jedi council began hearing reports that the Techno Union were working on a new, highly advanced battle droid design which would wreak havoc on the outer rim in the very near future. In order to stop this threat, the council dispatched Anakin Skywalker and his apprentice, Ahsoka Tano to go undercover and steal the plans. White meeting with the techno union officials however, they did something very dark and sinister. They tried to keep Anakin confined in a metal suit for the rest of his life… Something he says he could never handle…. So let's find out how Anakin and Ahoska snuck into a techo union base to find these advanced battle droids.
So the story begins at a techno union stronghold high in the clouds, where Anakin and Ahsoka are just arriving in their ship. Anakin very sternly warns his apprentice that she must stay sharp, and that for the rest of this mission, he will be playing a wealthy merchant… which is why he is carrying a 1,000 credit coin out in the open. Ahsoka on the other hand will be playing his slave.
Ahsoka understands her role, but is angry that Anakin won't even for one time let her play the merchant and always makes her the slave… Ahsoka is annoyed, but she hasn’t yet been told by Obi-Wan about Anakin’s past as a slave, and that that is the true reason he never plays that role on their spy missions.
