Re-watching the video, I was a rambling mess, but my gut is telling me Shantae is in Ultimate in some shape or form and that all of this conspiracy work is a legitimate reason for Shantae fans to be excited.

That being said, always keep in mind that the opposite could happen and that this all shouldn't be used as factual evidence that she is in the game, just that is gives her chances a boost.
