This has got to be the smallest bird simulator I've ever played,
fly around freely in a small bounded map, kind of like an island, but a nice island with a natural environment, pretty enough to keep fluttering around in the game for a while,
Anyway, the environment also has a 24 hour cycle and after each day there will be 'day 1', 'day 2', ect on your screen, I have no idea if the number of days has any effect on any details of the bird.
This environment also brings some changes to the environment such as day and night with the accompanying visual effects that allow the sun's rays to descend neatly through the leaves of the trees and in this way also show us the different colors that nature has to offer.
Besides flying around you will also have to look out for worms that you can eat, you can also take off first and continue flying with the worm that is still alive in your beak, and swallow it at any time.
All in all Bird is a very, very, very small game/sim with a very, very, very small price, this ratio is perfect for what you can expect.
