I think many would agree that Squid Game Season 2 wasn’t as good as Season 1. But with many of the same themes, why is that? In this video, I discuss how the writers put themselves into a narrative dilemma—despite wanting to create tension, they had no means of doing so. This led to a stale and predictable watching experience. What did you think of Season 2?
