After this video, I could play the game!
Try turning off 'NVIDIA RTX Direct Lighting'! It stopped the game crashing & rebooting! I can play the game! And I didn't turn on the frame generator, because the frame rate is already good enough. (Watercooling 13900K, RTX 4090, 32GB Samsung Memory, Windows 11.)
