I found this later, after recording this video. Turning on 'Frame Generator' disables 'V-Sync & Frame Rate Limiter'.
But it didn't matter, game crashed & rebooted anyway. I tried many ways after recording this video.
Finally I found the solution! Try turning off 'NVIDIA RTX Direct Lighting'! It stopped the game crashing & rebooting! I can play the game! And I didn't turn on the frame generator, because the frame rate is already good enough. (Watercooling 13900K, RTX 4090, 32GB Samsung Memory, Windows 11.)
