The Tale of Despereaux Gameplay Chapter 14 - Release the Cat
A game based on 2008 movie The Tale of Despereaux developed by Brash Entertainment and published by Sensory Sweep Studios.
Despreaux successfully run back to the Coliseum but he was all alone against the army of rats in there. "Oh no, I can't fight all these rats!" he said. As he keeps thinking of a way to fight them, he notices the cage with glowing eyes watching. "The cat! They are afraid of the cat!" he exclaimed. He had no choice but to get past the rat guards first before he can open the cage containing the cat.
Hmm....with the difficulty I set when I started the game for a challenge, the hardest part is facing the rat with the six bones on his back. I'm serious! That one rat enemy hits the fastest and multiple attack spam on Despereaux in a row without a chance to fight back. Ouch, the Embattled Knight level was the proof of the rat's terrifying damage in Medium or Hard difficulty as Despereaux nearly died from this kind of enemy. So in total, rat types found in this level: Rat Guard (Medium and small damage), Rat Bowman (Fast and creates fire circle that deal small continuous damage each contact with it), Rat Skull Tribal (Long handle hoe shaped scythe made of bone. Known for their bone headgear and six bones tied with strings on their back. Fastest attack and high damage), Rat Tribal (Spear weapon. Known for their thimble hat and purple feathers decoration on their back. Fast attack and heavy damage), Rat Warrior (Serrated sword, snail shell hat, and green shield. Slow and medium damage) and lastly, Rat Bodyguard (Wear fish skeleton as armor and hat. Wield big serrated knife. Slow, heavy high damage). Well, that's all of them. Once Despereaux reaches the top, he will release the cat against the rats.
Enjoy :-)
