The Tonyhax International Downloader for the PS1 (NTSC Edition)
0Here's the NTSC edition of the Tonyhax International Downloader that I made entirely by myself, using the leaked assets of the SCEE-produced Downloader found on Euro Demo 12/99, the POCKET.DAT compiler by krHACKen, and mkpsxiso to put the ISO together for Alex-Free, the creator of the Tonyhax International fork to see. Like the PAL variant, it too is a hacked and modded version of the Bonus Cheat Disc that came with the early French release of Gran Turismo 2. It included a save file for the PAL version that gives you the B license, 15 race cars and 100k Cr to start off with. I will be showing that save file off in another video.
I have included Portuguese (Brazil) and Japanese (albeit written entirely in romanji) as languages in the NTSC edition of the Downloader, except that they use the Italian and German flags as icons, since the flag icons are in TMD and are uneditable.
I have recorded this off of my PS2 this time using POPStarter, also by krHACKen, to launch the Downloader, and the Memory Card Annihilator to flash the VMCs created by POPStarter for it, onto physical Memory Cards to show off the genuinity of the saves included on it.
