The ULTIMATE ARSENE build in Persona 3 Reload (Fusion Guide)
76Hey everyone! Another fun build but this time with the main Persona for Joker in Persona 5! Arsene the Pillager of Twilight!
You can do a lot of things with this build but dark driver is where it's at which is why I built him into a Dark beast! Dark driver boosts dark skills by 75% and it stacks with dark amp and dark boost! This immediately craps on Thanatos because of this ability BUT it is a DLC Persona.
I will show you exactly HOW TO build this particular Arsene in this guide but obviously you can switch it up and take out some passives for a null, resist or drain light passive to sure up his weaknesses. But this was just a bit of fun as I LOVE Arsene's design!
