This three part series analyzes every menu buffering tip and trick that I know in Pokemon Red/Blue that saves time. This should be used as a resource to get better at menuing and improve your speedruns/Pokemon playing. The main difference I see between speedrunners lies in knowledge and execution of the techniques used in these videos, so hopefully this helps!
